Thom Brown is widely recognized for challenging and modernizind today's uniform: the suit. By questioning traditional proportions, Browne's designs consistently convey a true American sensibility rooted in quality craftmanship and precise tailoring. In parallel to his designs, Browne has also become known for his conceptual runway presentations meant to simultaneously inspire, entertain and shock.
This exhibition explores the creative world of Thom Browne including ten years of archival creations and reimagined conceptual projects; all exhibited using Browne's signiature 1950s-inspired interior design aesthetic. The space is divided into three rooms, each exploring different concepts that are important to the brand ethos. 
The first room plays homage to installations originally created by Browne for Cooper Hewitt Museum(2016) now shown for the first time and exclusively in Asia. Covered completely in mirrors, the installation room will feature silver plated Thom Browne wing-top shoes and mid-entury design objects, all specifically positioned to evoke a sense of strict uniformity. The second room will feature a unique selection of mens and women's archival pieces set within a box adorned with Browne's signature white slatted blinds. 전시는 톰 브라운의 10년간의 작업과 프로젝트의 재현물로 구성되어 있다. 특히 1950년대로부터 영감을 받은 특유의 실내 디자인 미감을 사용하여 전시되었다. 전시 공간은 세 개의 공간으로 나누어져 있고, 각각의 공간은 브랜드 정신에 중요한 개념들을 탐구한다. 첫 번째 방은 원래 쿠퍼 휴잇 박물관(Cooper Hewitt Museum, 2016)을 위해 만들어진 설치물이다. 톰 브라운은 이 전시를 통해 자신이 디자인에 접근하는 다른 방식을 전달하고 관객들이 이를 경험하길 바란다고 언급했다.
